Each paid course purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable right to view the course and download included materials for 365 consecutive 24-hour days from successful payment. Early repurchase extends the latest valid expiry by another 365 days.
Course videos, downloads, accounts, and access links are licensed for the buyer's personal use only. You may not share credentials, record or redistribute course content, resell materials, or bypass technical access controls.
Payments are processed through WeChat Pay. We provide a full refund only where required by applicable law or where a verified delivery failure prevents access to purchased content. Refunds are not automatic for change of mind after access has been delivered. A refund removes access granted by the refunded order after payment confirmation.
Digital courses are educational materials provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wenhao Academy does not guarantee a particular business, employment, or technical outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Each course purchase includes 365 days of personal viewing and download access.
